Bhaaratiya Tattvadnyaan Vol. 1  (भारतीय तत्वज्ञान खंड 1)

Vol 1 focuses on the characteristics of Indian philosophy and discusses the developmentphilosophical thought during the Vedic and Epic period.Ancient man started thinking, developed curiosity and intelligence to understand nature around him. Witnessing natural calamities, he religiously started worshipping divine power manifested infire, sun, rain, and wind. His creative mind composed Rigveda hymns to praise these gods. In the time of Upanishad, worshipping God in outer natural strength (निसर्गशक्ती)evolvedinto inner strength (आत्मशक्ती)based on swa-karm (duties), sanyam (self-restraint), sadacharan (good behavior).  This lead to foundation of Indian culture (way of life), philosophy, and science. The volume subsequently also covers materialism in Epic period,Shrikrishna worship,Jainism, Buddhism, and theism of Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta.

 Bhaaratiya Tattvadnyaan Vol. 2 (भारतीय तत्वज्ञान खंड 2)

Volume 2 discusses the six philosophical systems, the gradual decline of the philosophic spirit, the impact of the West, and the future prospects and possibilities. It presents the six philosophical schools (nyaya, vaisheshik, sankhya, yogetc) as well as non-dualism by Shankaracharya, theism by Ramanujacharya, and shaiv, shakta, and vaishnava schools in great details. It is a journey of starting with one thought that evolved and incorporated many schools of thoughts. Grounded in diverse ways of worshipping, Indian Philosophy kept evolving and enriching the Indian culture.
